3. Scheduling and Cancellations
To schedule or cancel a notary service, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance via the contact form. Sessions may be rescheduled without penalty if notice is given within this period.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Notary Services
Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment for a full refund of fees paid. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund, due to resource allocation and staffing arrangements.
4.2 Information Products
Digital items are delivered instantly. Refund requests must be submitted before any download or access occurs. Once the product has been accessed or downloaded, no refund will be issued, as the content cannot be retrieved.
4.3 Goods
Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Customers must ship returns to our address. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund via the original payment method within 10 business days.
5. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or product at any time. We will provide notice of material changes on our website.
6. Limitation of Liability
VeritasHub is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the total fees paid for the service in question.
